LP Underground 12.0 is a CD and digital download set released in November 16, 2012 by Linkin Park Underground.The EP was the fourteenth release by LP Underground. This album is one of the albums released per year by the fan club.

All the ten tracks included in the album are demos of the released and unreleased songs included in the studio albums by Linkin Park, such as three of Hybrid Theory (2000), two of Meteora (2003) and five of Minutes to Midnight (2007). The EP includes the demos of the songs like "Points of Authority" and "Forgotten" from their studio album Hybrid Theory. "So Far Away" is one of the songs recorded and performed by Linkin Park themselves for Hybrid Theory, but it was unreleased when the album Hybrid Theory was released in October 2000, but it was leaked with the album via their official website, after its album released via Linkin Park Underground fan club.
